Don't worry if you are using the original widget, they will be automatically upgraded to the new look & design on your website, blog or where ever you've placed your widget in the internet!

The Clips4Sale Widget v2.1 is perfect for marketing your clips on your personal website or web space, such as a blog or message board that allows iframe to be used. Potential customers can browse through your clips, visit your studio and even buy your clips right from the widget!

With many new features such as: a full studio widget - place this widget on any website and operate a 2nd clip store right from your own website! 64 customized layouts, Randomly displayed clips and Category specific widgets the combinations and possibilities are endless for you to be able to niche market your clips too!

C4S Widget v2.1 Instructions

Let's Get Started!

Simply log-in to your ADMIN panel and click on the new "Promote Your With C4S Widget 2.1" banner on the HOME page.

STEP 1: Request Clips4Sale Widget

Start creating your new widget by selecting a default category to display, multiple categories or you can leave it to display ALL CATEGORIES.

You also have the ENTIRE CLIP STORE option which you can select if you want a full page widget of your entire store which will add an exact copy of your current clip store to any iframe enabled website.

- If you choose the have the ENTIRE CLIP STORE widget a preview will open, simply click the X in the upper corner and you will skip right to the widget code page.

Or, you can choose ALL CATEGORIES or a single category or even multiple categories (Hold down the Ctrl key (windows) / Command (Mac) key to select multiple options) and then move onto Step 2.

STEP 2: Select Widget Size

Next, you can select one out of 64 different sizes for your widget! You can click the link "Click Here To Preview Widget" at the bottom to see your new widget design as you select different options.

At this point you can also select whether you want clips to display randomly. If you have a lot of older clip content, using this option will randomly display clips from your entire store within your widget. You can leave this unchecked to have your most recent clips displayed in the order they appear on your store.

Once you have selected the widget design, layout and clip display you like simply click on the NEXT button for Step 3.

STEP 3: Select Widget Color and Clip Dimensions

- OPTIONAL: Choose a custom theme for your widget by changing the colors for the different components, or leave them as their default values.

- OPTIONAL: Finally before you get your widget code, if you wish to customize the dimensions of your clip images in your widget you can change the Clip Width (in pixels) or the Clip Height (in pixels) and it will auto-calculate the proper corresponding dimensions for you too!

- If you are unsure about changing the size of your clip image then just skip this step and leave the default sizes in place and click the NEXT button for Step 4.

Another new feature in this step allows you to have your clips randomly displayed within the widget, so If you have older clips this would be a great way to promote your content too!

Once again, you can click the link at the bottom to preview your new widget as you select different options.

When you are satisfied with your custom widget click the NEXT button for Step 4.

STEP 4: Get The Widget Code

Congratulations your widget is ready to be added to your website!

Click into the box displaying the unique widget code and COPY the code (Hold down the Ctrl key and the C key at the same time to copy the code (windows) OR Command (Mac) key and the C key at the same time to copy the code). The box will automatically highlight all of the code for you. Then simply PASTE (Hold down the Ctrl key and the V key at the same time to copy the code (windows) OR Command (Mac) key and the V key at the same time to copy the code) it on your website, blog or web space to market your unique clips!

Note: Widgets can not be used on Clips4Sale or any website where iframe is not allowed.
