We have completed the server upgrades and you can now delete unused files in your account.
You can now use an FTP client to delete files on your studio.
FileZilla is one option, it is a FREE FTP Client: https://filezilla-project.org
NOTE: You must contact Studio Support to ask for your account to be opened for deletion via FTP.
After you install the FTP Client you will use the following information to access your account:
HOST – ftp.clips4sale.com
USERNAME – Your C4S Admin Username
PASSWORD – Your C4S Admin Password
There are a two rules which ban clips from being deleted and they are as follows:
1) The file was never sold.
2) The file was last sold at least 90 days ago AND is no longer available for sale.
